A Little BIT ABOUT THERAPY

Therapy sessions are

usually 51 to 60 minutes

long. Within these times,

it is a space where you are:

meant to feel safe enough to share your personal experiences and/or difficulties. Of course, many people go for therapy to cope with emotions, trauma related events & symptoms, chronic and acute mental/physical health related problems, family related problems, relationships, and behavioural difficulties (to name a few). But therapy can also be a service which fosters self-understanding, self-expression, and self-actualisation.

A predominant goal of mine when working with you, is to promote and maintain your authentic self.
